Superiorauto buy here pay here Complaint - Bad deal

LIMA, OHIO -- I have been paying on a vehicle from this company for almost two years. So far I've replaced countless parts including an engine. Ive never missed a payment...was actually a week ahead on my payments. I was going to trade it off and the other car lot was going to pay off the balance. Well, thats when superior got nasty with me. The changed my payment due date to try to make it look like I was a week behind, then when I faced them with this info with receipt proof, they said they didn't care. The last receipt from them when I paid my payment..showed my next payment wasn't due till the 29th of this month. They came today and repowed my vehicle! They just drove up while I was out in my yard...and the lady opened my car door..and got in. I walked up to the car to ask what was she doing..and she slammed on the gas peddle..throwing gravel all over me! And she tore out of my drive like some crazy person! Leaving deep ruts in my yard!I only had 4 payments left to go..and wasn't even late on my payments. Ive paid over 9000.00 on this vehicle. This is not very professional..and seems quite illegal to me that they did this. I plan to seek a lawyer tomorrow.

Yes, I would seek a lawyer and file a complaint with your Attorney General or Consumer Protection office. The events, as you describe, could have civil or even criminal implications.
