Avoid this place like the plague. Spent two full weeks on the phone and through emails trying to figure out why they weren't shipping my order. Each day I was promised it was shipping that day or the next day and it would arrive soon. I could never get my calls returned or a real answer by email. After a full two weeks, my order was shown as shipped, but upon closer inspection, half the order was still waiting to be shipped out. The company refuses to offer any sort of refund of my $22 spent for three day shipping, despite admitting the error was on their side. Overall, this company has been the biggest pain and I will never be returning.

I am not familiar with this outfit, but it sounds like the manufacturer has dropped the ball. What brand of firearm is it? I had a Ruger Woodsman autopistol I had purchased second hand that needed work. Sturm Ruger not only repaired the firearm free of charge, but also took care of the FedEx shipping both ways. I have had dealings with other manufacturers and gun shops and have never had a problem. Thanks for the info on this site. I now have a Springfield pistol, and SA has a limited lifetime warranty, and I have always heard good things about their service terms.
