Furnitureblue.com Complaint - Furnitureblue.com Do not Walk - Run Away

The worst company I have ever dealt with. I ordered theater seats on line April 21st, 2011 with the promise of 8 to 10 weeks delivery. In the end (September 2011) they refunded the $4,800 I paid in full back in April. I called Furniture blue countless times and after receiving excuse after excuse, where the blamed the manufacturer of the chairs, I decided to call the manufacturer. The manufacturer denied their claims and forced Furniture blue to call me. This time I spoke with their CFO and received more lies. Had I not involved the manufacturer and threatened legal action, I believe I would still be waiting. Finally, after waiting 5 months, I have had to reorder the chairs from another distributer and wait 4 to 6 weeks. Run away from these guys.

I took a quick look around and there are a number of complaints similar to yours about this company. On the good side, at least you got your money back (but with a lot effort on your part). Thank you for the warning.
