Comcast Customer Service Compliment - Great Job, Gerald!

I was having trouble getting my cable service restored after having forgotten to pay my bill. I paid my bill online and was assured by the rep, George< that my service would be restored within 15 minutes. After an hour I called again and reached Gerald. Within three minutes he had my service reconnected and operating properly. Thanks, Gerald!!
