Prudential Informative - Prudential User Unfriendly Website
Prudential UK has the worst "user unfriendly" website I have ever come across.
Pru's "User Secure" e-mail, is not linked to your Pru account number at all. No way to view on-line your account details.
Too easy to get into endless loop questions, "What is your house name"?
My house doesn't have a name, just a street number. If you leave the response blank, it just repeats the same question "what is your house name"
Pru, for gods sake it's 2011, make an effort to get a useable customer interface that existing customers can use, to view and make changes, and make queries that don't get responded to by snail mail.
