SHS Safe Home Security Complaint - Issues - Security Alarm

First few months worked great. Them one day it goes off and no one calls to alert us so we call them. Then they proceed to do checks and say it isn't responding. How many months did we pay for a system that wasn't even working? Then someone comes out and has wires like crazy hooked up to our phone. Then months later again alarm goes off no one calls. Try to get ahold of the company but different reps say sorry we are not in their area and transfer us after three times of this we give up. Billing is a nightmare to get ahold of after three so have to call while at work. After calling and talking with a CSR he tells me that it must be user error and that it takes time for a signal to reach their system, nothing is instant! How much time because at three in the morning it went off and while waking up to it then running over there which was a good minute no one still called plus there is nothing in their system that it went off. So I am annoyed that I have a five year contract with a company that is inexperienced and doesn't give much comfort to their clients.
