Pro Flowers Express Complaint - Flowers Not Delivered for Funeral Services

I ordered flowers for a funeral on 15 September 2011. The viewing was the next day with the funeral on Friday. At 9:00 EST on the 15th I received a call from Pro Flowers Express stating that they did not have the arrangement that I selected in stock and offered me an upgrade of another arrangement. I informed the caller that I had to choice to accept it as the funeral was the next day but I did not appreciate being called at such a later hour. The caller again apologized.

I didn't hear anything else so I "assumed" the arrangement was delivered to the funeral home and ultimately to the church. To my amazement I received a call on 21 September 2011 informing me that the arrangement was not delivered and what did I want to do with my money. I initally could not believe that it took almost a week from the time that I ordered them for them to inform me that the arrangement was not delivered. I asked the caller in a smart tone, what do I think I want to do with my money? I want it refunded immediately as the funeral is already over.

I would advise anyone to not use this company under any circumstances because they are not realiable!
