Century Link Complaint - Do Not Fall For Their Lies And Deceipt
They start out trying to be really helpful and end up ripping you off. They do not stand behind their word of fast internet or satisfaction guaranteed. They get you to think you are getting a good deal by using their service when you are making the worst choice you can. They talked me into getting the 12Mbps since we have 3 computers but they don't have the proper equipment to carry the load. So I am just wasting my money. It constantly goes down yet they say it is not their equipment. For 3 computers you need at least a N router and they won't give you an N router unless you go to 20Mbps. Their techs don't even know how to hook you up. They know nothing about N routers or what they do. They are only drones. If you actually know anything about computers then they just leave. Do not bundle anything with these guys if you do go with them as they add charges into their bills. If you wonder why their bills are hard to read, this is why. If you have a credit with one of your bundles they don't take it off. You still have to pay them. Then figure out for yourself how to get the credit. They are very rude and inconsiderate of their customers as you are locked into their 1 year service agreement. If you don't want a lot of headaches and internet problems then don't sign up with this company.
