While Qwest soon to become Century Link did bring the line in and across my yard leaving a dead lawn, a 6' deep small trench that I need to back fill and replace sod both in the front and back. (just my yard inside my fence does not include the tearing up alley side)

I was told I would have 2 free months of service. Only to find out becase what I had was so good and wonderful there would be no free months! No contract? No problem.....you do not have to have a contract! Only to find out on my first bill there was $600 early termination fee and my contract does not end until 2014. When I called to discuss this issue they said thats how we were able to make your payments less each month. I EXPLCIATLY STATED I WANTED NO CONTRACT, NO PROBLEM THE ACCOUNT MGR SAID, PURe OUT AND OUT SAY ANYTHING TO GET THEM TO CHANGE. Now if I change it costs me. Be wary of what they say, they had me sitting here off an on for a month then they don't call and show up a week later to do the job. No contact to keep me informed just time wasting on my part. THey made it quite clear as far as I am concerned the customer is not the priortiy the priority is gather as many as they can because the income is awesome and guarranteed for years!
