Abercrombie and Fitch Complaint - One disappointment after another
I have given A&F four chances to provide customer service; it failed each time. First I took something off the $20 "sale" shelf that was marked $30. At check out I told them it was on the $20 shelf. They said it came up $30; do you want it or not? Then I e mailed customer service expecting they would give feedback to the store on checking such inconsistancies; they wrote bact the the cash register had the last word, period. Then I sent an e mail to the president; no reply. Then I went on line and used the 30% promotion code, checked the conditions of the code which did not give a minimum order size. Placing my $88 order, the site informed me that such an amount was below the minimum for the offer. I increased my order to $176; still below minimum. I looked for a contact link to A&E to ask what's up; no such link. !!! ???
