After 21 years of paying no letter no information and my husbands policy more than doubles from a 1,098.00 to 2481.00. No notice. Now telling me if I don't pay the premium they will cancel the policy. I explained that one policy paid for the other and the draft was on automatic pay. She told me that the company doesn't have a product that can one and pay for the other. The agent set this up over 21 years ago so this is misleading and fraudulent. The insurance commision should close them down and help the average person get their money back. Now they say if the money left in the policy after I pay the premium they may be able to give TERM insuransce in the face amount as long as the money lasts and after that were on our own.
If my company did tht to cosumers they would close my doors and lock up my accounts.
The GOVERMENT and INSURANCE COMMISSION should protect AMERICANS from bad buisness practices..
We intrusted our money to them to have a product that could help in the loss of our loved ones..
