Netspend Complaint - Don't Use These Rip Off People! Please Read!
I am totally disguisted with Netspend. I use to love them because my paychecks would deposit early. I am a single mother working two full time jobs and my engine blew out so I went to go get a new car. I swiped my card for the down payment which was only six hundred dollars. I had about eight hundred on the card.
There system told me my card was declined but I got a text alert showing Netspend released the money...all of my money out of my account! Every single dime was gone. I called their customer service number and spoke to a lady who was not from the US (even though she claimed she was in TX) , who was rude and couldn't help me so I was transferred to a supervisor (I had to wait on hold for her for an hour) who was even nastier then the first lady. After having to argue about my money she told me I had to fax some paperwork over. I got the merchant to fax over the info and I wake up and my money is still gone and I got an overdraft fee even though the merchant did not take all this money. Netspend did.
Once this is resolved I will NEVER use them again.
