Good Feet - Johnson Creek / Portland, OR Complaint - Poor Service

Complaint
Review by jane.hansen98 on 2011-09-24
Trying to buy a pair of shoes so my feet won't hurt backed fired. The sales person didn't even measure my foot the first visit. She asked me what my shoe size was and put me in a mans shoe which was to small. Went back and the other employee wanted to sell me more product. All I wanted was a pair of shoes that fit and my feet don't hurt. This time she sold me shoes that were to big. Returning my third time, the store manager said to me "make sure I had the right size because I couldn't return this pair". Ah, I thought that was his job to make sure I had the right size. My feet still hurt, and I will never buy a pair of expensive shoes from Good Feet Shoes again.

Thanks, but no Thanks.

Didn't you notice that the shoes were too big/small when you tried them on?

I had the same question as Venice09. Part of trying on a pair of shoes is based upon your own feel, likes and dislikes. The fact that they replaced shoes twice is a good indication of being customer focused.
