JCPenney Complaint - Lack of billing statement
Since January 2011 or thereabouts, I have not received a billing statement from JCPenneys. I owe the money but I have no idea how much or what the monthly payment is. I have called inquiring about the statement to be told it is being sent out. The statement doesn't arrive at my address or my parents address. I am getting collection calls from Penneys but no statement. The amount to be collected from Penney has changed from $102 to $172 in five days.
