Direct Shopping Network Informative - Beware Of This Company - Jewelry: Opal Pendant

I ordered via phone an opal pendant on 07/04/11 in the amount of $131.95.
After several weeks of waiting, I called customer service to ask where the item might be. Was told it was in the shipping dept. And they would request that immediate shipment be made. I have never received the item.
On 08/15/11 I requested that the order be cancelled and full refund be made. I have spent hrs. Holding on the phone for customer service and sent many, many emails to them which they have never answered.
As of 09/25/11, I still have no refund.
Beware of this company.
