I ordered flowers for my daughters birthday and asked if they had next day service. They of course charged me extra. Did not get the flowers to her that day or the next. The flowers finally arrived wilted with the balloons deflated. They stated that they would send a deluxe bouquette - they did not. They said they would give refund for next day charges - they did not. They lie when they say 100%satisfaction guaranteed.
