Wyndam Timeshares Complaint - Extra Holidays
We made an applications as owners to Extra Holidays by Wyndham to rent our Timeshare, we followed the instructions and terms and conditions. When we inquired if our unit had been rented we were told no because we did not notify their office 15 days prior to to the booked dates.
This is a bare face lie, we did contact their office and was told that everything was OK. Through their incompetents of not anotating our file to the fact that we had contacted them as required, we lost the rent and also our points.
We find Wyndham a faceless company, their agents hid behind their telephones and just give you the run around. Our biggest mistake was buying a Wyndham timeshare.
