Healthytrim.com Compliment - Healthy Trim keeps their word---great customer service
I admit, I got caught in the hype of a local radio ad/campaign for the diet supplement Healthy Trim.
I have lost 55 pounds and have 20 to go but have hit a major wall the last three months.
I called and ordered this product, asking a million questions and making SURE I wasn't entering into one of those monthly subscription nightmares.
My pills arrived overnight as promised, and I was charged the amount as promised to my debit card.
I followed all the directions to the letter, but was sicker than a dog for three days. I called and asked for directions to return the product per the 14 day guarantee.
Immediately, I received a copy of my order via email, was told to print and stuff it in an envelop with the pills, and that I would be credited as soon as they got the bottle back.
No one tried to talk me into keeping the pills, I wasn't put on hold or transferred, no pressure or games. I was told it was most likely the green tea extract making me sick, even though I am an avid coffee drinker ( no caffeine while on the supplement.)
Three days later, the credit hit my debit card.
This appears to be a company that actually has solid customer service and keeps their word. Granted, the supplement did not work for me, but the customer service was outstanding.
