Hewlett Packard Complaint - Awuful customer service and inappropriate billing
Call tech support for printer problem. they say warranty is out and that need to pay fee for support. they say if we can't fix it we will refund fee. then say what I want can't be done even though it was how my printer was set up for last 5 years and my work tech support guy says of course you can do that. HP tech support cannot do anything and says they will refund and that confimration will come in mail.
i get billed anyway and have now spent an hour trying to get it fixed. after half an hour of trying to get person they say they can't connect me to people who can fix the billing problem and that they will have someone call me back.
is this a high tech company in 2011???? a disaster in technical support, customer service and even billing. I am responsible for ordering thousands of dollars of printer equipment at my job -- ain't gonna do hp.
hp and meg whitman deserve each other. likely to turn out like her political campaign.....
