This American Company takes pleasure in taking peoples hard earned money at their discretion. They intentional cause late fees and drain accounts dry and then want more. I have fought with them for 3 years and I am done. They can charge me all they want my account is closed.
In a time when we are all counting our pennies I would hope that banks would go out of their way to help their customers, after all they wouldn't be here without us. But they are the biggest rip off there is.

What are the specifics of your overdrafts? I have had a few overdrafts, which were my fault. They cost me a lot of money, but I changed my behavior and haven't gotten one since.
Charging late fees is something banks do if yu are late. Were you, or was a late fee assessed for no reason at all?

One of the ways to contain overdraft fees is to simply tell your bank to block your ATM card if there isn't enough in the account. It made my life a helluva lot easier.
