X10.com Complaint - Will not issue a refund credit
Received a Nstinct remote. Did not work. Humm, wonder why. Call for a RMA, received one and shipped back via UPS. Received UPS shipping confirmation that they reeived the product on August 24, 2011. September 27, 2011 and still not credit for the returned item. Have call several time, last time talked to La Crisc at ext 2624. Same story, they process refund credits in batches and mine is in order are it was received to be processed. Either they get a lot of return items or they are liars. No one takes over 30 days to process a refund credit. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY FOR A BAD PRODUCT AND WILL NOT REFUND PER THEIR POLICY. WALK, NO RUN FROM THIS COMPANY.
