Sears Complaint - TV deliverly - flat screen TV
In July 2011 I purchased a flat screen TV on lay a way, paid it off in August. when I inquired the location of the TV Sears informed me they lost the pay off and it would be sent on the next shipment in 2 days. Several weeks later the TV still had not arrived so I canceled the order. After several days my card did not show a credit. Sears told me they did not know if I wanted a gift card or refund, after explaining my request to several managers my account was finally refunded. Never again Sears.
