Jtv.com Complaint - Bad Customer Service

Placed order, they claim information with billing and shipping was mixed up yet no one called me about this, everything on my online account looked fine. They delayed shipping, promised to upgrade it to make sure it arrives, then next day ships it out not upgraded and tries saying the mistake was on my end. I have ordered many times from this company without issues, but over the past year their customer service has gone way DOWNNNNNNNNNNN.

After taking a look at the lawsuit settled in 2010 against jtv (www.andesineclassaction.com), I'm not sure I'd trust some of the products offered on jtv. Since their customer service hasn't been very good to you, you may as well see what their competitors can do for you.
