We needed a hot water tank as our water was consistently cold. Direct Energy sent a couple of guys over... told us we needed a chimney liner before they could complete the job. Agreed to go ahead with this.

Sent in another crew..Drilled a hole in the wall then tried to put the liner in the chimney which didn't fit.. Mud all over..Left my laundry room full of mud and water and the sink full of sand. Used my mops to try and clean up the mess. Left metal pieces ..etc..Carpet going up the stairs is dirty.

Called several times to get someone to come out..On the phone said they would send a representative...Didn't bother. Not only did we not get the liner but now we have to get a carpet cleaning and our drains are full of sand and mud.. Said to the crew who was here..wouldn't it have been wiser to check the chimney first before drilling a hole in a wall.

Totally dissatisfied.
