Cadillac Complaint - Not standing behind there warranty - coolent line corosion

coolent line corosion - Complaint
Review by lenhen47 on 2011-09-28
Just bought the car in March, yes it was used but had 49,000 miles, I had a coolent corosin line leaking transmission fluid, I Have a dealer warranty, factory warranty and bought another extended warranty and none would cover this part, very disatified, I have drove nissians for 25 years and decided to help our country out and buy American vechile, never again. this is why our country is the way it is, ripping off its people.

Your complaint seems to be primarily the warranty coverage, and not premature failure of the part, but I am not sure.

Did you have a "certified preowned" manufacturer's warranty? My guess is that would have covered the degraded line if the cause was corrosion, but possibly not.

A lot of times warranties don't cover items that you might assume would be covered.

I tried an American vehicle once 19 years ago after some years of foreign cars. Tossed that idea over the side and never looked back.

I wish there was more details here about the nature of the problem. Without such, it sounds as if the problem is rightfully not covered as none of the programs cover the issue and it is all based around "corosin (sic)".
