Spirit Airlines Complaint - Worst travel experience.......EVER!!
Recently I flew with 31 friends to Myrtle Beach for a golf get away. This was our 16th year and by far the worst experience we have had with an airline. We were well aware of the baggage fees but our efforts to check in early at a reduced rate were an absolute horror story for 28 of the travelers. Rates quoted were different for the bulk of the travelers and most were charged a different amount (higher) than originally quoted when our credit card statements arrived. Throw in the fact that our luggage concerns were handled by a call center in India and although they seemed to appease us, the end result was a different price than the agreed amount stated over the phone. No need to call and complain since most calls by our travels were over an hour and it's not worth the frustration or the time.
Spirit may have won this battle, but 32 golfers are making sure that friends, family and review readers stays clear of SPIRIT(LESS) Airlines!!
