Optimum Online Complaint - was on hold for 4 hours and got nowhere...

NEW JERSEY -- today i took 4 hours of my time to some guy who said the following 'if you're having no internet connection, disconnect the hub from the router as well as the modem---if you're still having problems please wait for the next available representative' over and over, and its understandable if Morris County internet is down however, you should make a separate division forcing them to wait and for the rest of who want to make an appointment go in our lil division then there wouldn't be a ridiculous amount of time just waiting and hopin

I called in the later hours like midnight and finally someone answered by the name of Louis. I told him how I waited for four hours trying to get through and he apologized. Actually, I was in my car driving home from school and told him that he should wait while I get into the house and turn on both pc and laptop---he did. He was very polite, and told me step-by-step to connect the cable as it were originally. And then he waited while I tested internet explorer and AOL to see if they worked...and they did!!!

So I'll let this free wireless router collect dust and stick to cable from now on.

The main problem when hooking up the wireless router is for some reason some people who have wireless cards on their laptops tapped into my access point creating AOL/IE to disconnect. Greedy bleepin neighborhood didn't give me a chance to set up and block them off.
