Long John Silvers Complaint - Review

Review by carlorpatty82 on 2011-09-29
We went to Long Johns Silvers Sept 23, 2011, at8;23 PM. at 15891 State Rt 170, East liverpool Ohio. We order our food and it was a mess. I stood and waited for our food never got it. Another person came in after we did and ordered their's and got theirs order before us. I ask whre my order was then they fixed me a hamburg and asked me what I wanted on it 3or4 times. they put it in a bag and gave it to me, I told them that it was for eating in so they putit in on tray I asked where my other food was then they gave me a little bit of fries in a bowl then I had to ask about the rest of my order it was 5 fish and hushpuppies with slaw they gave me fries and hushpuppies I told no fries just extra hushpuppies them when they gave me the rest of my order they gave 5 chicken instead of fish. It was a mess the slaw we couldn't eat because it was bad. I know they were busy before but only one couple was eating in when we were there. then other people came in and they were complanting about the service, they said they act like they didn't know what they were doing. Everyone's fries and slaw was small. We have ate there lots of times and never had this trouble. My hamburgh was cold to. we were very disapointed, because my husband likes their fish. we paid for food that was bad and the service was bad.

I went to Long John Silvers about 20 years ago because the person *I* was with likes fish.

I try not to hang with people who like fish anymore (:

maybe it was jsut that day or just that location.

the one here is pretty nice. haven't had a wrong order yet, and the food is always ... well if not first-come first serve then at least first-made first serve.

granted i haven't had burgers yet there... but if someone behind me got their fish before my burger was done i wouldn't be upset. i'd realize that they may have to wait for the burger to cook, while the other people's fish may already be made since they fry it up in a batch.
