Priceline Complaint - Absurd Customer Service will Sink Them
Yesterday afternoon I was online purchasing hotel rooms for a trip 30 days from now. I have been on medication fighting an ear infection and working on taxes. I accidentally purchased 2 rooms instead of one. I called them back less than 24 hours later and they explain to me that they're sorry, but there's nothing they can do. This is absolutely absurd because every hotel in the country has a 24 hour cancellation policy. They have 0 interest in their users and are strictly concerned with locking in sales.
