Wind mobile Complaint - False warranty - mobile phone

My cell phone after 4 months decided to fault in the speaker phone. I went to Limeridge mall where I purchase the phone and a young gentlemen kindly assisted me. He reset my phone and determined there was no water damage and the reset did not fix the problem. The representative approached the manager, Barb, standing 3 ft away from me. He handed her the phone and she looked at it very qiuckly and determined the discoloration from my hands on the silver deemed it damaged and therefore the warranty void. I was astounded as she did not even look or speak to me. I phoned Wind customer service from this location and they told me to go to a warraty office to see if they could fix my phone...I was a customer with Bell for 15 years and just recently changed to Wind. I could not believe the appauling customer service and the false advertisement of a warranty on their phones. Apparently one person can determine by aquick look at the phone whether the warranty holds.
