Ashley Furniture Delivery,Cancellation Process, Refund Complaint - Very Dissatisfied Customer
Purchased furniture from Ashley Furniture on August 23, 2011 and I have had the worst experience of my life. From deivery, setup,& now refund has been very, very STRESSFULL. They do not stand by their customer satisfation policy at all! When calling their customer service line, you will get the run around. No one ever problem solve for you. I've been waiting 3 weeks for a refund, due to me cancelling because of their incompentent employees. The delivery idiots, did not assemble at all let alone properly. I was informed the day of delivery that a night table was damaged in the warehouse and was on back order, from that piont on the nightmares began. They also sent out a sectional sofa that the cushions are flat and needs extra stuffing to the backs of each chair. A piece of the media chest is missing too! Technicians have come out assess problem, however I'm still waiting for a simple solution, come & service what their delivery & warehouse personel have failed to do. The only thing I can say is, and I STRONGLY STRESS this is DO NOT PURCHASE FROM ASHLEY in LINDEN, WOODBRIDGE, NORTH&SOUTH BRUNSWICK NJ. They fail miserably at You're Gonna LOVE This Place!
