Dish Network Compliment - Superior attempt to solve malfunction with my Dish 500 receiver

Amanda spent at least 15 minutes trying to get the "Themes' presentation on mySatellite screen working properly. She ran many tests and improved the themes presentation but finally had to admit the tests did not totally correct the problem.

She then arranged for a tech to come to my house to see if he could correct the problem.
She scheduled the tech for a time convenient to me for 10/1/2011 between 12 and 5 PM
She is very courteous, patient and talented. I want to recognize her fine performance and attitude.
