Complaint - Non-payment of refund

FastCarHire has a good website and offers attractive rental rates. However, that's where the good news ends. Try and get them to respond to messages? Think again. Quick to want your money but willing to pay out an agreed refund? Think again! Over two months of waiting and not even the decency of a reply to numerous messages, let alone my money back.

Try contacting the UK Consumer Protection Agency at 0845 2700062 and see if they can be of assistance.
