Sprint stores in New Hampshire Complaint - Poor Tech Support
I have a cell phone than needed to be updated. I talked to the tech support on the phone and after working with them for an hour they directed me to a store. I went to the store in Portsmouth NH that I had been going to in the past 8 year. apparently if you own a bunch of store you can push out a smaller store that has provided great tech and customer support for year even if your tech guys have no clue. So I have to go to the new store owned by some big wig that has many poorly run stores in the area and try to get support. I told the kid that my phone needs to be updated and the tech on the phone to me to come in. his reply was "I don’t know why they would tell you to come in here. how can I do anything more than they can" first off, what a great way to be treated as a customer of 18 years and WTF? And second, did you get training? I had to show this kid how to update it as he had no clue how to even use the phone. I went away with nothing and just frustrated. Why would Sprint let some bigger guy destroy a great store with great support just because they own more stores? are they afraid of competition? actually there is none based on the greeting I received at this new store in Newington, NH.
