CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST I HAVE EVER IN MY LIFE. THEY SEND YOUR BUSINESS TO ANOTHER COUNTRY AND LET THEM TELL YOU ABOUT YOUR SERVICE WHICH THE KNOW NOTHING ABOUT, YOU CAN HARRLY UNDERSTAND WHAT THEY ARE SAYING, I ASK FOR SUPERVISOR, THEY DON'T KNOW ANYTHING EITHER, I WANT TO SPEAK TO PEOPLE REGARDING MY BILL THAT UNDERSTAND ME AND IKNOW WHEN THERE BLOWING SMOKE UP MY BACKSIDE, JUST TELLING ME WHAT THEY THINK I WANT TO SAY. VERY UPSET I WAS ON HOLD A TOTAL OF 1HOUR HALF I HAD TO HANG UP 3 TIMES AND GET ON HOLD AGAIN...... THIS IS VERY BAD BUSINESS AND IF THE Y WANT TO CONTINUE HAVING MINE THINGS SHOUD CHANGE, NOT FAIR TO US THE CUSTOMER,......
