Regarding the story that appeared elsewhere on this site: The customer not only wanted the audio equipment which he claimed the salesperson the car contained, he also wanted the dealewrship to pay him for the deficiency which occurred when he allowed the vehicle to be reposessed. The dealership offered to supply the equipment in question, but the the customer refused the offer. It all ended up in court. The judge heard both sides of the story, and the customer's claim was DENIED.
