I had called because the lock on the screen fell out. I made an appointment to have someone come out. They came out, didn't have a work order so they didn't know why they were here. then once they found out they didn't have the part. The gentleman didn't even reschedule or say I have to go and get the part he just left and we haven't heard anything since. I have tried to call but get a recording stating extensions now. I call that extnsion and someone will return your call.

If a company isn't prepared to do the work and makes no effort to reschedule, it's certainly time to hire someone else that can do the job.
