North Atlanta Realty Complaint - Property Management

Upside down business model where the tenants are the customer. Very very poor management with logistics and finance. As the owner of the property, they billed us for services that were never started. Not only is the lead property manager "snarky", but is full of excuses. For example, they never re-keyed the locks but billed us for it. He said it wasn't their fault, it was the vendors.

We had to call or email them several times to get a response.

Numerous mistakes on their invoices.

Just a poorly run company. Stay away and enjoy life.
