MT. KISCO, NEW YORK -- I have had nothing but trouble with this multifunction machine. There seems to be a bug in the printing software, within 6 weeks the sheet feeding aligment broke, and it gulps toner. I went online for help. That was down for reconstruction. I called customer service only to be told the sheet feeding problem was hardware requiring the machine to be taken to their autorized repair shop which didn't answer the phone. The original customer service operator at Brother transfered me to someone else there for the software related problem. After waiting for over 30 min on hold, I hung up. Brother, Never Again!
