Comwave Complaint - New customer still not working
After prolonged discussions with you I was told that M. T.S had to fix there internet connection.
On Friday after playing with different idea's with them ( M. T.S.) they was going to send some one out.
We tried one more thing and that was pull the power on the comwave unit.
The internet worked perfect and when I put back the connection internet crashed again.
when connected and when not connected my phone goes straight to voice mail.
If I try to dial out its like two calls at the same time its crazy.
Now M. T.S. say that their line is fine until I connect comwave Unit so this is your problem and not theirs
and you have to fix the problem.
Can we have some action on this has I do not have a phone line even if you are plugged in.
This has been a disaster from day one in fact before that.
So what are you going to do for me quick, I need a phone.
