Mill Creek Carpet & Tile Complaint - Don't Buy Shaw Carpet

Purchased entire house full of carpet in Jan. 2010; by March carpet needed restretching; carpet began to roll up again in May 2011, repair man said not worth it, carpet looked like it was 7-10 years old, not wearing properly. Shaw Carpet sent "neutral" inspector out in June 2011 who said it was "normal wear and tear." Mill Creek sent two more installers out in July 2011 who showed us carpet was delaminating, coming apart, and worn out. Again requested help via Mill Creek and they have since delayed answering complaint for two more months. We have photos, samples and statements of 3 installers as to the problem with the carpet but nothing has been done. Mill Creek has C rating with Tulsa BBB and 13 complaints on file for product warranty issues.
