Enerprise Complaint - Damage scam - Jeep 2010

I recently rented a car from Enterprise while my Toyota was being fixed after I was hit on the highway. Enterprise works with Allstate in our area to provide customers with cars while their car is in the shop. They brought us a 2010 Jeep that smelled on smoke. (Something I really hate). Our area in Connecticut was hit by a hurricaine at the end of August and a tree came down and one of the branches hit the rental car breaking the right tail light and taking off the windshield washer blade. When we returned the car they are now charging us for things that were NEVER damaged, "scratches", paint issues, an administrative fee PLUS a daily rental rate WHILE JEEP FIXES THE CAR. We were never allowed to get a second opinion and now want us to pay over $1000 in repair work. What a rip-off!!!!! I will never rent a car from them again and I would encourage you be careful about any tiny scratches that might be anywhere on the car.
