Rogers Informative - Rogers Black Berry - Cell Phone

Yearly Bill: $1,620.00
Money paid for 3 year contact: $4,860.00
Complaint:
Black Berry states it has been disconnected
Looses Calls
Drops Calls
Does not register calls
BlackBerry answers itself
BlackBerry sends its own texts
Service: None
One would think if you are spending all this money on a 3 year contract and are having such a terrible time with your Black Berry that you are constantly stressed and have called numerous times for support and have not received any, that Rogers would apologize for the inconvenience these problems have caused you and just give you a new phone that works, instead of getting you so upset that you are so sorry that you are a Rogers customer and would rather spend your hard earned money with another cell phone provider!!!!

Does Rogers really think I am willing to sign up for another 3 year contract??? Being a Rogers customer is not worth the stress!!!
