Hartford Insurance Complaint - Worst Insurance Company follow through I have ever seen!

Our building was hit by an insured of Hartford Auto Insurance. The building was hit it Mid May. The customer service has been ridiculous. I waited 7 weeks for the repairs to our building while the company was slow or did not reply to my questions. I finally gave an ultimatum for them to respond prior to my contractor coming in for the repairs. The deadline passed without a response and I moved forward. I have received some communication from them but it usually takes 2 weeks or more for the claim's administrator to get back. I have complained to her supervisor to no avail. They continue to request for my contractor to provide information even though we are now over 4 months into this claim. My perception is that they just don't want to pay! We have six locations and I have worked tons of claims with many insurance companies...none have been this complicated or have shown the lack of care in following up and doing their job. This experience has definitely changed my opinion of Harford Insurance and they won't ever get any of my money!
