Simmons beautyrest mattress warranty - Complaint
Bought a Simmons beautyrest mattress. Paid 2100.00.Sag in mattress and outside of bed sags. They sent out a inspector and he denied warranty because they said a metal ring was broken on the outside of the mattress and if I read the warranty I would have noticed ring is not covered. WTF isn't that part of the mattress. I called and spoke to a manager to no avail. I then looked online to find a ton of complaints about them not honoring warranty claims. Most were from stains on bed. What does a stain have to do with inferior material. Bed was 3 years old on a 10 year warranty. NEVER again buy this product. Hope this helps others!
