Churchs Chicken Complaint - Bad Service

Last night I went to Churchs in Der Rio TX. I wanted to get small tenders and fries for my sister who is preg. It was 830pm and of course they had a long line..it was getting late so I park hoping for faster service in the lobby. little did I know the doors were locked. I walk to the drive thru and asked what time they closed lobby the person in charge 'BECKY' said they closed early because they're Big boss was visiting them the next morning..WOW I THOUGHT HOW ABOUT TRYING TO IMPRESS THE CUSTOMER TODAY!???? I LEFT AND MY SISTER AND I ATE GOLDEN.

Seems fair enough? They were closing early to ready themselves for an inspection and/or audit from corporate. Businesses do it all the time.
