Olive Garden/Miller Lane/Dayton, Ohio Complaint - Entree Wait Time Outrageous

My husband and I arrived at the restaurant at 7:55 pm. Seating was immediate. Our waitress Bianca wwas on the scene promptly taking drink orders, bringing the drinks, and taking our order. The salad was brought promptly, however, the breadsticks were not brought for 20 minutes. Then, it was a full 40 minutes after our order was taken that the entree was brought. Very unacceptable. The restaurant at that time of night was NOTI busy, and there was NO explanation offered for the entree's tardiness. Tables around us were served far more quickly.
