6pm.com Complaint - Bad customer "service"
They have some of the worst customer service I've ever seen. It took them more than a week to process my order. During that time I sent them an email to inquire about why it was taking so long. A few days later, I got a robotically-generated "response" that did not address my inquiry. I then sent them an email requesting they cancel the order (they do not offer any way to contact them by phone). A few days later, they shipped it anyway. I then contacted them to request that they pay the return shipping, since I had already canceled the order well before they shipped it. Their response was that I should not have accepted the package if I didn't want it, and once I accepted it, I had to pay return postage.
