Pure Clean Estate Liquidators Complaint - Pure Clean Estate Sales hasn't paid us

As executor for my father's estate, I signed a contract with Kim Lenkowski of Pure Clean Estate Liquidators of Sewell, NJ on March 14, 2011. She was to conduct an estate sale in April of the complete contents of my father’s house in Oaklyn, NJ and then clean it out, which she did. Within 30 days of the sale, she was to provide me with a written summary of the items sold, and a check for the net proceeds after covering her expenses. To date, she has done neither. My emails and phone calls to her have gone unanswered. My attorney has not been able to get in touch with her by phone or by mail, but he was able to speak with her at an estate sale in Runnemede, NJ on September 7, 2011. She told him that she thought she'd already paid me and promised to take care of this matter right away. I still have received no summary, payment or communication, and would urge caution to others who might seek to do business with this company.

Good review. You may have your attorney file and have her served for unspecified damages.

I had the same thing happen with Kim and Pure Clean.. except, I thought she was my friend. I have trying to get paid since 2010!
