Sears Repair Service and Warranty Complaint - 5 attempts and 5 failures to repair
Sears has been to my home 5 times to repair a Kitchenaid Dishwasher. It has worked 2-3 times maximum (over a period of a day or two) following the alleged repair and then does not function correctly or at all.
Each time, they require a 4 hour window of time, which is extremely inconvenient for any working person. One technician acted as if I were the problem. His rudeness was subtle yet unmistakable.
They refuse to replace the unit.
If a warranty is to maintain functionality, then this one is a complete waste of time and money.
